Meet Allison Marie Bollinger

My love for this industry began long before I earned my real estate license. My grandparents, Mike and Milly Folia, are my greatest role models. They fled religious persecution in Yugoslavia in search of freedom and hope. During their journey to America, they spent time in a concentration camp in Italy while waiting for the opportunity to immigrate. It was there that a sponsor from New York made it possible for them to come to the United States. They eventually settled in California, where they built a beautiful life, raised a family, and dedicated more than 50 years to serving their community as trusted real estate agents.

They always put God first, treated every client like family, and built a reputation rooted in honesty and genuine care. Growing up, I spent countless weekends walking through open houses, watching my grandfather renovate homes, and seeing firsthand the joy they found in helping families. Those memories shaped who I am and planted a dream in my heart long before I realized it.

I began my own real estate career in Orange County, serving communities including Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Dana Point, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, and the surrounding areas. Today, I'm honored to serve families throughout the Central Valley, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest milestones of their lives with confidence, compassion, and honesty.

For me, real estate has never been about transactions — it's about relationships. My clients quickly become like family, and nothing brings me greater joy than seeing them walk into a home where they'll create memories for generations.
