Contract & Negotiation

Construction & Inspections
I'll stay in touch throughout the build, attend key inspections (pre-drywall, final walkthrough), and keep you updated. Having your own agent means having an advocate at every milestone.
Closing & Welcome Home
We'll do a thorough final walkthrough, address any punch-list items, and coordinate with the builder, lender, and title company for a smooth closing. Then — welcome home!
